Lake Land'Or is a unique lake community as it is made up of two larger lakes and many small ponds. There are two sides based on which of the larger lakes you are nearby, each with it's own amenities.

Lake Land'Or is the largest lake at 87 acres. Amenities include two boat ramps, a small clubhouse, fitness center, pavilion, pool and beach area. Gas powered motors and water skiing is allowed on Lake Land'Or. Residents can also enjoy a camping area, archery range, dog park, and skeet range!

On the Land'Or side you will find the following amenities:

The Land'Or Clubhouse is a smaller clubhouse with a casual meeting area that is used by resident's to just have a cup of coffee and talk to their neighbors or play games such as Canasta or Mahjongg. It also contains a self help library where you can pick up books to read or leave books for others to enjoy. There is also a gym located in the back of the clubhouse.

Located near the Clubhouse is a pavilion that can be used on a first-come first-served basis or rented to ensure the space will be for your use only. Also, a pool and beach area is located in the Clubhouse area.

The beach area is located on Lake Land'Or, the largest lake in the community at eighty-seven (87) acres. Water skiing is allowed on this lake. There are two (2) boat ramps for launching of your boat.

A General Campground area where residents and guest can reserve one of ten (10) camping lots is also located on the Land'Or side. These camping lots contain barbeque pits and areas for campfires. In this same area is the fenced in dog park for your best friends use.

A small cemetery (Higginbottom Cemetery)is located on the North Side of Land'Or Lake. In March of 2013 the Association had a delineation survey completed so the area could be maintained properly.

Lake Heritage is the second largest lake, but has the larger clubhouse. The clubhouse can be rented by residents, as well as a nearby pavilion, pool and beach. Lake Heritage is fairly shallow so only electric motored boats or man powered canoes and kayaks are allowed on the lake.

On the Heritage Side you will find the following amenities:

The Heritage Clubhouse is the larger clubhouse and is rented to the residents for weddings, birthdays and other large events. It is equiped with a full kitchen.

Located near the Clubhouse is a pavilion that can be used on a first-come first-served basis or it can be rented to insure private usage by residents. There is also a pool and a beach area located near the clubhouse.
